Baffa-2 Parallel IO / Printer Interface

Back to Hardware Specifications Page

This card used a Zilog PIO (Parallel Input-Output) which is a programmable, two port device which provides a TTL compatible interface between peripheral devices and the Z80-CPU. It has two ways to connect devices: using the PIO Header or using the DB-29 Port. The DB-29 port also allows you to connect a printer using a centronics-db29 cable.
